The Town Clerk provides administrative support to the Mayor and Council. Responsible for all agendas, minutes, bids and openings, agreements, leases, contracts, liquor licenses, Boards and Commissions, elections, oaths of office, postings, records management, Information Request Form and legal notices.

The Town Clerk as well as all other Town Staff is committed to providing the citizens of Dewey-Humboldt with as much assistance as possible to assure excellent customer service.

Town Council Meetings

Town Council Meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Meetings are held at the Town Hall located at 2735 South Highway 69, Suite 10, Humboldt Station, Humboldt, AZ 86329. Open Meeting Law material link.

To request a public record please fill out and submit an Information Request Form to the Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall.

Town Laws

The Town Laws are easily accessible and searchable through the Code of Ordinances . The codification, or organization of the Town's ordinances is an essential part of the governmental function. It provides both the Town and citizens with a body of current, enforceable laws, in a way that makes the code easy to use and reference.

November 3, 2009 Special Election

The Dewey-Humboldt Town Council adopted the General Plan on May 19, 2009 by Resolution No. 09-64. An election for the ratification of the General Plan by a majority of the residents of the Town of Dewey-Humboldt was held on November 3, 2009. Results of the election can be viewed here. The Town would like to encourage anyone with questions about the General Plan to contact Town hall at 928-632-7362. The General Plan remains the official plan of the Town, but the Council will be looking at options for revising the plan or helping make it clearer. Again, please do not hesitate to call with questions.
