Report Issues

The Town of Dewey-Humboldt needs the help of each citizen to maintain our community with pride. We appreciate your assistance in keeping our town safe and clean, and we welcome your insight. As you may know, for financial reasons we have limited staff members responsible for the roads and code enforcement, but we have approximately 23 square miles within the town boundary: by recruiting your assistance, we can have thousands of people looking out for our community!

We hope that you will use this webpage to report any road and code enforcement issues. These issues may include potholes, plugged culverts, silted-in ditches, downed signs, debris on the road, debris stored outside, inoperative vehicle, weeds/grass in excess of 18” in height, damaged structure, and other concerns.

To report issues navigate to the area on the map below. You can Pan around by either clicking your mouse and dragging the map, or you can use the directional arrows in the upper left of the map. You can Zoom In or Zoom Out by using the vertical slider bar on the left side of the map, or by clicking the + or - on either end of that bar.

Fill out the form that pops up. If your issue does not fall under a default category select “Other”. Be sure to include as many details as you can to assist the Town in resolving the issue.

Please enter a valid name and phone number when reporting an issue. Issues reported without a valid name and phone number may not get resolved. Your name and phone number are for administrative purposes only (e.g., if we have trouble locating the issue you've reported) and will never be displayed publicly.
