Building permit fees are calculated based on project valuation. Per our Town Code, our fees are based on Yavapai County’s Valuation and Fee Schedule. If you have questions on how much your fees will be, you are welcome to contact our building official (928-632-7362) with details of your project and they can discuss probable fees with you.
The 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electric Code (NEC), and the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code are used by the Town of Dewey-Humboldt.
